PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION:
* Goods shall be ready for inspection 2 working days prior to shipment date. Inspection must be conducted in our China factory.

WARRANTY:
1. RMA products under warranty must have our product number & date code and must be accompanied by a monthly RMA form. Products of unknown sources or without valid date code will not be accepted.
2. Returned products have to be sent by boat quarterly.
3. Replacement items will be sent out together with customer's next shipment.
4. All delivery costs of the defective items to be paid by the customer.
